Samdech Techo Khmer reminds all civil servants to avoid causing problems that could lead to public unrest.

Kampong Speu: Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the acting head of state of Cambodia, has reminded civil servants, especially commune and sangkat councils, to continue to pay attention to providing essential services to citizens quickly and efficiently, avoiding causing problems that could lead to disappointment.

In a meeting with 962 provincial, city, district, commune, and sangkat councilors and leaders of departments and organizations around Kampong Speu province, held at Kampong Speu Provincial Hall on April 2, 2026, Samdech Techo Hun Sen praised and highly valued all civil servants in Kampong Speu province for their efforts in serving the public in the past, especially in working together to maintain security, order, and social order, and prevent acts that cause unrest in society.

Samdech Techo also reminded all civil servants, especially commune and sangkat councils, to continue to pay attention to fulfilling their duties and responsibilities in serving the nation and the people well, especially continuing to pay attention to providing necessary services to citizens quickly and efficiently, avoiding causing problems that could lead to disappointment in the people. 

In addition, Samdech Techo reminded all officials to continue to maintain national stability and pay attention to maintaining social security and order by continuing to implement the policy of safe villages and communes, including cracking down on various crimes such as theft, robbery, and drug trafficking.

Furthermore, Samdech Techo Hun Sen also supported the Prime Minister’s measures to employ juveniles to dig trenches along the border, which is a contribution to the implementation of the safe village and commune policy.
