Kandal: On Sunday, May 3, 2026, Dr. Kao Thach, Deputy Chairman of the Khsach Kandal District Party Committee and Chairman of the Khsach Kandal District Youth Movement, presided over a meeting with the school management, teachers, and students of Hun Sen Khsach Kandal High School and Puk Russey High School, Khsach Kandal District, Kandal Province.
