Kampong Cham: Mr. Khlot Phon, Chairman of the Provincial Council, and Mr. Un Chanda, Governor of the Kampong Cham Provincial Government, on the morning of May 14, 2026, led civil servants from all three branches of the armed forces to celebrate the royal birthday of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom, on his 73rd birthday and entering his 74th year.
On that occasion, Mr. Un Chanda read a message of blessing, which contained the following content:
His Majesty, the Lord of Life on the Stone, the Most Honored One! On the special and joyful occasion of the royal celebration of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Paramneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, who turned 73 and entered 74 years of age on Thursday, 13th Rouch, month of Pesakh, year of the Ratchaburi Emperor, 2570 B.E., corresponding to 14th May 2026.
I, Your Majesty, would like to ask Your Majesty to allow me, on behalf of the Provincial Council, the Provincial Government, civil servants, the armed forces, monks, and citizens of Kampong Cham Province, to raise my hands, bow my head, and offer my heartfelt condolences and blessings. May you be blessed with all the best in all matters, with deep gratitude and respect for your wisdom, insight, and noble, noble, and virtuous actions towards the nation, the homeland, and the people.
