Phnom Penh: In the case of the kidnapping and murder of a 5-year-old girl in Saang district, Kandal province, the investigating judge of the Kandal Provincial Court decided to temporarily detain the perpetrator and his wife, who were accomplices.
At the same time, the court also charged two crimes: 1. Illegal detention and confinement with aggravated circumstances (15 to 30 years) and 2. Murder is aggravated by the age of the victim (15 to 30 years).
