Phnom Penh: The Sen Sok District Unified Command launched an administrative inspection operation and arrested 10 people, including two owners, a couple, who are suspected of allowing and providing a secret location for a group of minors to watch pornographic and sexual videos.
The operation took place at 11:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026, led by Mr. Prajn Seiha, Deputy Governor of Sen Sok District, and coordinated by Mr. Ly Kim Sean, Deputy Prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. The location where the police inspected was located at houses 60 and 68 along 10 meters of new road in Borey Pib Thmey Sen Sok, Bayab Village, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
A source from the police said that the raid was carried out after receiving a complaint from local residents who observed many boys and girls. They avoided the school and gathered in the above location, with the doors tightly and suspiciously closed.
During the actual inspection, the authorities found: Location 1 (House No. 60): There are 3 rooms on the first floor. The team found two young men and two young women (minors) in a situation where they suspected that the owner of the location was providing them with a place to have sex. Location 2 (House No. 68): There are 4 rooms.
After completing the inspection, the Sen Sok District Unified Command decided to arrest a total of 10 people for questioning. After being questioned and verified, the suspect and the relevant persons were forwarded to the specialized office for legal action.
Currently, the suspect, including the evidence, has been handed over by the District Headquarters to the Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Police Office of the Phnom Penh Police Department to continue the procedure of building a case and sending it to the competent court.
