Preah Vihear Provincial Administration announces appointment of new Tbeng Meanchey District Governor to strengthen local work efficiency

Preah Vihear Province: On May 26, 2026, the Preah Vihear Provincial Administration organized a ceremony to officially announce the inauguration of Mr. Khin Rasmey as the governor of Tbeng Meanchey District.

The ceremony was solemnly held at the Tbeng Meanchey District Hall under the high chairmanship of Mr. Kim Rithy, Governor of Preah Vihear Provincial Government, who gave encouragement and strategic direction in his speech to the ceremony.

Mr. Kim Rithy expressed his warm congratulations And highly appreciated the ability and experience of the new district governor.

To ensure sustainability and progress in the region, the provincial governor has put forward three important guiding principles as a light for leadership:
1. Internal unity enhances collaboration and unity among civil servants To promote strong local development.
2. Improve livelihoods, pay close attention to improving the standard of living of citizens by providing better public services.
3. Mechanism for going down to the grassroots, officials must go down to the grassroots to understand their personal well-being and solve challenges that arise in a timely and effective manner.

Similarly, Mr. Khin Rasmey The newly appointed governor of Tbeng Meanchey district expressed his deep gratitude to the Royal Government of Cambodia and the provincial leadership for trusting him to lead the district administration.

At the same time, he made a firm commitment that he would do his best to serve the nation and the people of Tbeng Meanchey district. We will work together to transform Tbeng Meanchey District into a more prosperous district in all sectors and responsive to the needs of our citizens.
