Phnom Penh: Acting Head of State Samdech Techo Hun Sen has made it clear that only the angelic clan leads Cambodia, without any other clan.
During an invitation to visit and inspect the headquarters of the General Department of Taxation on June 2, 2026, Samdech Techo warned the rebels not to come and try to lead Cambodia by trying to overthrow the government and the Hun clan. If they dare, they will fight back, without exception. So don’t come and try to be arrogant.
Samdech Techo continued, Cambodia’s leadership is under the guardian clan, namely the Hun clan.
Samdech Techo also said, “If Hun Manet cannot lead or there is no one, the Hun clan will not be able to lead, nor will it be the turn of the Trokol Sam or the Sok clan or the Sao Athit clan. There is only the guardian clan. The guardian clan means only the People’s Party.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen added that for those who do politics peacefully and respect each other’s rights, Samdech also respects the rights in return to serve the interests of the people who are the voters.
