Phnom Penh: Dr. Kao Thach, the Royal Government Delegate in charge of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), allowed Dr. Touch Kimsreang, President of the Khmer Literature and Culture Association, and colleagues to visit and present 800 books, “Meditation, Buddhist Sayings, Buddhist Scholars, and Knowledge as National Qualities Better Than Wealth,” which the Dr. and Mrs. helped to print, so that the Dr. President of the Khmer Literature and Culture Association could use them for the benefit of the national society and keep some of the books in the ARDB library for use in providing services to readers, general researchers, and the public in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On this occasion, the President of the Association also expressed his deep gratitude to Dr. Kao Thach and Mrs., who have always loved and actively participated in the work of preserving Khmer literature and culture by providing good suggestions, recommendations, and supporting publications in the past for the public benefit, both in the Buddhist and Buddhist worlds, and continued to support further support.
