The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) would like to express its full support for the Royal Government of Cambodia’s action in notifying the Thai side and the UN Secretary-General to initiate the mandatory arbitration mechanism under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), following the Thai side’s withdrawal from the 2001 Memorandum of Understanding.
