Phnom Penh: His Excellency President Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, presided over the inauguration of a three-story building, various achievements, and the awarding of basic teacher certificates and bachelor’s degrees in physical education to student teachers of the National Institute of Physical Education and Sports on Wednesday morning, June 3, 2026.
