The Phnom Penh Municipal Court prosecutor’s office has issued an order requiring Heng Long to appear in court to answer questions about his failure to fulfill his obligations regarding tradable devices.

Phnom Penh: The Phnom Penh Municipal Court prosecutor has issued a subpoena to appear at the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Interior for questioning on a criminal complaint for “failing to fulfill obligations regarding tradable instruments.”
