Kampong Cham: Mr. Khlot Phon, Chairman of the Provincial Council, and Mr. Un Chanda, Governor of Kampong Cham and Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Branch Committee, on the morning of June 8, 2026, led subordinate civil servants to celebrate the 90th and 91st birthdays of Her Majesty Queen Monineath Sihanouk, the Mother of the Cambodian Nation.

On that occasion, Mr. Un Chanda, President of the Kampong Cham Provincial Red Cross Branch Committee, said that on the auspicious occasion of the 90th and 91st birthdays of Her Majesty Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the Mother of the Khmer Nation in Freedom, Dignity and Happiness, Honorary President of the Cambodian Red Cross, on June 18, 2026, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Her Majesty, on behalf of the Honorary Board of Directors, members, branch committees, sub-branches, executive officers, youth, and volunteers of the Cambodian Red Cross throughout Kampong Cham Province, for granting me the opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and best wishes for a long and prosperous life. May Her Majesty Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the Mother of the Khmer Nation, Honorary President of the Cambodian Red Cross, Your Excellency, may you be blessed with good health, bright intellect, strong physical strength, and a long life of more than a hundred years so that you may remain a great shade of coolness for the people, your children, and your great-grandchildren, to seek refuge in happiness and peace, always and forever.

On this special occasion, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to His Majesty for his great kindness and generosity, which is in accordance with the teachings of Brahma, by dedicating his body, mind, and personal wealth to the humanitarian activities of the Cambodian Red Cross at all times, serving the highest national interests in the fields of Buddhism, society, and welfare, and constantly caring for the well-being of his people, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, under the roof of peace, stability, and development.

May His Majesty the King grant us all the blessings of the Royal Palace, the power of all the sacred objects in the world, the guardian angels of the great white light, the power of the souls of all the former kings and queens of Cambodia, especially the soul of His Majesty the King, the King of Cambodia, may He grant us His Majesty the King’s great blessings and best wishes to His Majesty the Queen, the Mother of the Cambodian Nation. Most Venerable, may you be blessed with the four Buddha blessings: age, caste, happiness, and strength, and may you never be separated from the world.
