Phnom Penh: Dr. Kao Thach, the Royal Government Delegate in Charge of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), and his colleagues met with representatives of Pemelo Group, led by Greet Warlop, Director of Sales and Business Development, to discuss key programs including digital payment programs, digital banking integration, e-commerce, and market value chains.
The meeting was held on the evening of June 12, 2026 at the headquarters. Pemelo Group has locations in many countries, including the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia.
