Moscow: Russia said its troops had attacked Ukrainian military infrastructure and shot down 483 Ukrainian drones in the past 24 hours, while Kiev also claimed strikes on key Russian targets.

The Russian Defense Ministry said in a press release that Russian operational-strategic aviation units, drones, missiles and artillery struck Ukrainian long-range drone storage facilities, energy, transport and port infrastructure related to military operations.

150 temporary deployment sites of Ukrainian military forces and foreign mercenaries were also hit, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Meanwhile, several regions of Russia, including the area near Moscow, have been hit by Ukrainian drone strikes, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries.

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said on Sunday morning that “emergency response teams are working at the site of the drone crash.”
