Sihanoukville: Oknha Tea Vichet, Chairman of the Local Party Committee of the Sihanoukville Water Transport Agency, on April 21, 2026, sent an elderly man from Koh Rong to Sihanoukville for emergency treatment at the hospital.
The man was safely transported by the Oknha’s GTVC team to the Sihanoukville Tourist Port and will be transported by the Oknha’s GTVC ambulance to the hospital in Sihanoukville.
