Phnom Penh: Electricite du Cambodge would like to inform all companies/enterprises (including individual enterprises) that are properly registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia that: Electricite du Cambodge will launch a public tender to supply 300 containers of Nalcool 2000 (25L/container) and 100 containers of Nalco BT-3000 (Sodium Triphosphate, Na3PO4) (251/container) to Electricity Plant No. 7.
Electricite du Cambodge has prepared documents for companies/enterprises to fill out to participate in the tender and are available for sale at the Electricite du Cambodge Procurement Unit, located at: Building No. 2, Preah Yukanthor Street, Wat Phnom Sangkat, Daun Penh Khan, from April 27, 2026 onwards, during working hours (Contact number: 092 65 23 57 and Website: www.edc.com.kh).
The closing date for receipt of bids is 14:00 on May 27, 2026.
The bid opening will take place at the procurement unit at the above address at 15:05 on May 27, 2026.
Companies/enterprises submitting bid documents are requested to attach a duly certified copy of the original bid documents and a soft copy of the scanned copy of the bid documents.
Companies/enterprises that are affiliated with each other or have the same source may submit only one bid. Companies/enterprises wishing to bid are invited to contact the procurement unit to purchase bidding documents and inquire about information related to this auction.
