Phnom Penh: Mr. Dith Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Mr. Tho Jetha, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, and Mr. Chhay Rithsen, Minister of Rural Development, co-chaired the 6th Tri-Sectoral Meeting on Coordinating the Implementation of Programs, Policies and Activities Related to Modern Agriculture Communities, Water-Using Farmer Communities and Model Villages.
The 6th Ministerial Fisheries Meeting aims to review the progress and achievements of fisheries work in all communities selected for intervention following the 5th Ministerial Fisheries Meeting on 4 December 2025 and to set the direction for further work in selecting additional communities.
The meeting also reviewed the progress and terms of reference of the preparation of the Fisheries Strategy and Implementation Plan for the Coordinated Development of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development in Cambodia 2027-2031.
