Phnom Penh: Cambodia held a ceremony to hand over the leadership of the Head of Mission (HOM) to Cambodia from Lieutenant Colonel MOHD AMIN BIN BAHAROM, the Acting Head of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT HOM) Malaysia, who completed his mandate, to Rear Admiral GLENN Z DIZON, the new Head of Mission of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT HOM) Philippines to Cambodia.
The ceremony was presided over by Lieutenant General Phat Vibolsopheak, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Politics and Foreign Affairs and Director of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of National Defense of Cambodia, who led the Cambodian Coordination Group (CLG) to participate in the coordination.
The handover ceremony was held on the morning of May 8, 2026 at Headquarters 2, Serey Sophon City, Banteay Meanchey Province.
