At 22:15 on May 6, 2026, the HotLine1292 (24 hours a day) operation center team of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police Headquarters received a call from a citizen reporting and requesting intervention from the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police regarding a case of a suspect using drugs and acting in a domestic disturbance, causing fear among residents of Prey Kuy village, Trapeang Kong commune. Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province. After receiving information about the incident, the Crime Suppression and Investigation Department’s expert forces cooperated with the Samrong Tong District Military Police to the scene and immediately arrested the perpetrator on the spot.
The suspect is named Suon Than Male, 42 years old, currently residing in Prey Kuy village, Trapeang Kong commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. The perpetrator has been sent to the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police Headquarters for further procedures.
