Please note that Ebola is a serious infectious disease caused by the Ebola virus, which can cause mortality rates as high as 80-90 percent if not treated promptly. The virus was discovered in 1976 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and is mostly found in sub-Saharan Africa.
The Ebola virus family that can cause disease in humans includes four types: Ebola, Sudan, Tai Forest, and Bundibugyo. There are currently several vaccines to prevent Ebola, which are used in outbreak areas or in high-risk groups. There is no specific treatment that can completely kill the virus, only supportive care depending on the form of the disease.
