A Chinese man was seriously injured after his car crashed into a stone fence. The car was carrying several packages of drugs.

Mondulkiri: Implementing the high-level leadership recommendations of His Excellency General Sar Thet, Commissioner-General of the National Police, and with the guidance of Colonel Chea Chetra, Commissioner of Mondulkiri Province, in preventing and suppressing drug crimes throughout Mondulkiri Province, on May 26, 2026 at 4:13 p.m. at the foot of the mountain, a garbage dump was located in Dok Kramom Village, Sok Dom Sangkat, Semnorom City, Mondulkiri Province, with the coordination of the procedure by Mr. Seav Ngychian, Deputy Prosecutor of Mondulkiri Provincial Court.

After receiving information from the experts of the Sen Mueang Police Department, who reported a traffic accident caused by a Chinese national who drove a car into a stone fence, causing serious injuries, and in the car there were many packages of drugs, the provincial anti-drug office went to the scene and searched the car, removing 17 packages of drugs. The suspect, a Chinese national, was sent to the Mondulkiri Provincial Referral Hospital for treatment under the protection of the authorities.

In the above operation, the police arrested one suspect named Ling Fai, a 44-year-old Chinese man, who tested positive for drugs (+).

The police searched and seized the following materials and evidence:

1- A total of 17 packages of white, transparent drugs weighing 29.2 grams, including the wrappers, of which there were 3 types: 1/ 9 packages of methamphetamine, 2/ 5 packages of ketamine, 3/ 3 packages of ecstasy (including 14 pills and 4 small pieces).

5-1 cell phone (black HOR)

6-1 car rental contract.

7-8 electronic cigarettes.

8-1 drug weighing scale.

9-Smoking equipment and some drug packaging bags.

Currently, the expert team is preparing the document To send the above suspect to the hospital for treatment, the case is being prepared and processed according to legal procedures. Text: National Police
