Phnom Penh: Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the acting head of state of Cambodia, has officially named the temporary settlement center in Svay Chek district as “Waiting Village”.
However, Samdech Techo made it clear that building this village does not mean giving up the claim to Cambodian land.
