Phnom Penh: Mr. Chay Borin, Head of the Youth Propaganda and Education Department of the Central Party, on April 26, 2026, led a delegation of the Central Youth of the Cambodian People’s Party to visit and bring valuable gifts from Samdech Thip Dei Hun Manet and Her Excellency Dr. Pech Chanmoni Hun Manet to Mr. Kang Nem, member of the Central Committee of the Cambodian People’s Party, former Secretary of State of the Ministry of Relations with the National Assembly, Senate and Inspection, currently an advisor to the Royal Government, at his residence in Por Sok Village, Koeng Kang Commune, Ponhea Krek District, Tbong Khmum Province.
On that occasion, Mr. Chay Borin brought greetings from Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, Samdech Kittipritbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, Samdech Thipdei Hun Manet, Vice President of the Cambodian People’s Party and President of the Cambodian People’s Party Youth Center, and Madam Phet Chanmoni Hun Manet, General Secretary of the Cambodian Girl Scouts, to Mr. Kang Nem and his family, who always think about and care about the well-being of the people and leaders at all levels who have achieved great things.
