Phnom Penh: Upon receiving the guidelines from Mr. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, on the afternoon of April 27, 2026 at Techo International Airport, officials from the Ministry of Tourism warmly welcomed a delegation of 16 monks from Wat Shaolin who had arrived in the land of wonder in Cambodia to prepare to participate in the “Cambodia-China Martial Arts Performance” which will take place from 7:00 a.m. on April 30, 2026 at the northern perimeter of Bayon Temple, Siem Reap.
This event will bring a spectacular joint performance between traditional Khmer martial arts: Kunlun Bok To, Yut Kun Khum and Khmer boxing with Chinese martial arts: Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi, with an expected attendance of more than 1,000 national and international visitors.
