Phnom Penh: Electricite du Cambodge would like to inform all companies/enterprises (including individual enterprises) that are properly registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia that: Electricite du Cambodge will be holding a public tender to supply Spare Part Relay Siemens & 05 GE Relays (Package No. 04) to the National Transmission System Protection Office of the Transmission Department (Plan 2025) (Priority 1).
Electricity of Cambodia has prepared documents for companies/enterprises to fill out to participate in the bidding and are available for sale at the Electricity of Cambodia Procurement Unit, located at: Building No. 2, Preah Yukanthor Street, Wat Phnom Village, Daun Penh District, from April 28, 2026 onwards during business hours (Telephone: 092 65 23 57 and Website: www.edc.com.kh).
The closing date for receipt of bids is 14:00 on May 13, 2026.
The bid opening will take place at the Procurement Unit at the above address at 15:05 on May 13, 2026. .
Companies/enterprises participating in submitting bid documents are requested to attach a duly certified copy of the original bid documents and a soft copy of the scanned copy of the bid documents.
Companies/enterprises that are affiliated with each other or have the same source may submit only one bid. Companies/enterprises that wish to participate in the bidding are invited to contact the procurement unit to purchase bidding documents and inquire about information related to this auction.
