Phnom Penh: On the morning of May 4, 2026, while leading the troops to salute the national flag, Major General Hul Sam On, Commander of the 99th Transport Brigade, advised all troops to strictly observe discipline and have high determination, as these factors are the pillars of success.
At the same time, the Commander-in-Chief also issued strict orders to all forces to pay close attention to the implementation of the sub-decree on general discipline for the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. Discipline and determination are the pillars of success. Work, no matter how small or big, is valuable if we do it with heart and responsibility. Every difficulty today is a lesson for tomorrow’s strength.
Major General Hul Sam-on further emphasized that no matter what the situation, Our transport troops continue to serve the motherland with patience and determination. All Royal Cambodian Armed Forces must use their physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual strength to make all kinds of sacrifices to protect the motherland, protect the integrity of the territory, and protect the peace of the people.
All officers, lieutenant colonels and privates listened attentively to the orders of His Excellency the Commander of the Division to better carry out their roles and duties as determined by the Ministry of National Defense.
