Pursat: On the afternoon of May 4, 2026, Mr. Chhay Kim Mong, Governor of Bakan District and Honorary President of the District Red Cross Branch, and his colleagues visited and brought humanitarian gifts to distribute to 7 families in Nikom Leu Village and Preal Village, Svay Daun Keo Commune, and Kraol Krabey Village and Koh Keo Village, Trapeang Jong Commune, who were affected by a natural disaster (windstorm) on May 3, 2026.
On that occasion, a family received gifts including: 50,000 riel, 20 kilograms of rice, 1 box of noodles, and 1 jar of soy sauce. This action shows the care and participation in timely rescue of the affected people.
