Phnom Penh: The head of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Prison, Chief Warden No. 2 Mey Khoeun, has stated that there has been no case of sexual harassment of male or female prisoners.
This statement comes after a Taiwanese prisoner recently said that he was sexually abused by a Preah Sihanouk Provincial Prison officer and that more than 30 of his female companions watched such immoral activities, which made him very embarrassed.
