Phnom Penh: On April 28, 2026, the Cambodian Pepper and Spice Federation (CPSF) organized a training course on increasing production yields and post-harvest warehouse management at the Tromung Memot Organic Pepper Community, Choam Triek Village, Memot District, Tboung Khmum Province.

This training course aims to share and promote new techniques in pepper cultivation, learn about disease and pest control that may occur on pepper crops, how to increase yield and quality according to export standards, and how to manage the crop after harvest.

Through this training course, the federation expects that the association and farmers will receive information Additional information that can help and encourage pepper crops to be better and meet the standards for export abroad.

The training course was conducted by experienced experts in pepper crops and the Kampot Pepper Promotion Association, who provided suggestions and shared with the farmers who participated in the training day. In addition, the program was attended by a total of 50 farmers, including pepper farmers and trainers from various communities.
Finally, thanks to the Cambodian entrepreneurs and EU-German CAPSAFE who always support and provide assistance to the federation, which contributed to the success of this training course.
