In this important meeting and in a proactive spirit, Dr. Kao Thach recommended to the ARDB leadership the following contents with a high sense of responsibility:
1. In the context of rapid technological developments, ARDB leaders should seize the opportunity to use new technologies to optimize and support banking operations and customer service, especially through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to achieve the goal of becoming a digital bank.

3. ARDB leadership will continue to focus on promoting green financing, especially under the Cambodia Climate Financing Facility (CCFF) supported by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) in response to climate change.

4. ARDB leadership will continue to strengthen the implementation of tripartite financing, which is an innovation of ARDB’s new financing mechanism.

5. ARDB Bank’s leadership will continue to promote human capital development (staff) through the creation and regular participation in training courses.
