Phnom Penh: In the first four months of 2026, Cambodia exported 129,332 tons of rice to China, an increase of 83% compared to the same period in 2025, with an export value of 75.88 million US dollars. This is according to a post by Lom Wang Wenbin, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia, on Facebook.

Mr. Wang Wenbin said that this shows the important role of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the China-Cambodia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) in promoting Cambodia’s agricultural trade.
