Phnom Penh: Cambodian People’s Party Spokesperson Chea Thirith said that Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, will hold a meeting with 29 political parties in the alliance on May 20, 2026.
Mr. Chea Thirith said on the morning of May 19, 2026 that the meeting of the 29 coalition parties will be held under the chairmanship of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party.
He said, “On May 20, tomorrow, there will be a meeting of political parties, a meeting of all 29 coalition parties at the 7 Makara Palace, as every year, where there is always a meeting between the 29 coalition parties.”
The spokesman added that after the meeting, after lunch, There will also be a joint conference of representatives of the three parties.
Please note that on May 30, 2025, Samdech Techo Hun Sen led a meeting with 29 political parties in the alliance. The 29 political parties include: the Cambodian People’s Party, the Khmer United National Party, the New Light Party, the Cambodian Nationality Party, the Khmer Rise Party, the Social Democratic Beehive Party, the Rasmey Khemara Party, the Khmer Republican Party, the Khmer Economic Development Party, the Cambodian Youth Party, the Democratic Party, the Cambodian Indigenous Peoples’ Party, the Khmer One Party, the Khmer National Unity Party, the Democratic Force Party, the Farmers’ Party, the Women for Women Party, the People’s Desire Party, the Khmer Conservative Party, the Khmer National Solidarity Party, the Democratic Kingdom Party, the People’s Power Party, the Khmer Angkor Party, the Cambodian Liberal Independence Democratic Party, the Molinaka Party, the Democratic Movement Party, the Cambodian Development Party, the Mahanoro Party, and the National Peace Party.
