On May 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., the Anti-Drug Unit of the Rukkakiri District Police Department, in collaboration with the Prek Chik Commune Police Station, cracked down on a case of illegal drug use based on a complaint from the NoDrug App in Boeung Thuy village, Prek Chik commune, Rukkakiri district, Battambang province.
In this operation, the authorities arrested one suspect, Vann Thoen, alias Panha, 23 years old. Currently, the authorities are preparing a case to be forwarded to the provincial expert office to follow legal procedures.
