Kampong Thom: Mr. Nuon Pharath, Governor of Kampong Thom Provincial Government, presided over a ceremony to present medals and decorations to civil servants and teachers who are serving under the administration of Stung Sen City, Kampong Thom Province.

He said that the decorations awarded at that time included 175 bronze medals to officials, including 42 municipal civil servants and 133 teachers.
