Phnom Penh: On the morning of May 28, 2026, the verbal dispute between Teacher Uth Seanhan, principal of Racha Angkanh Primary School, and Teacher Hen Chanrasmey, a second grade teacher, has been resolved.
After seeing the post on social media about the activity between Teacher Ut Seanghorn, Principal of Racha Angkanh Primary School, and Teacher Hen Chanrasmey, Grade 2 (B), with the coordination of Mr. Seng Chhun, Director of the Youth Education and Sports Office of Chbar Ampov District, and the participation of teachers, members of the Sangkat Council, and the Deputy Chief of the Prek Eng Administrative Station, both parties agreed on the following points:
1. Both parties agree to end the incident and all verbal exchanges that led to the incident
2. Party B agrees to delete the video of the activity posted on social media
3. Party B agrees to withdraw all complaints filed
4. Both parties are committed to stop reminiscing about what happened and talking about what caused the same thing to happen.
Both parties accepted the mediation instructions from Mr. Soengchhun, Director of the Chbar Ampov District Education Office, to end this matter by apologizing to each other in a happy atmosphere. And intimate.
