Phnom Penh: Mr. Heng Sour, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, was invited to participate in the “Day of Reckoning” program, which was held under the high chairmanship of Mr. Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), on the evening of Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the National Olympic Stadium.
This program aims to promote the memory of what Cambodia has gone through, especially the historical events of 2025, and to transform the pain and injustice of the past into a force of solidarity, encouraging the people to develop their capabilities and build a stronger nation by absolutely avoiding extremist views and revenge.
“Awakening the National Spirit” is an important campaign to show all Cambodians, especially the younger generation, to clearly understand the value of peace through past experiences and practical aspects that prove that the “peace and stability” of the country does not come easily, but requires unity, dedication, and constant efforts from the entire nation.
