Phnom Penh: Through the emergency hotline 1291 of the Phnom Penh Military Police at 10:00 on June 10, 2026, a citizen complained that there was a case of a man named Sok Sanat, male, 45 years old, who was in a drugged state, acting in a disorderly manner and causing domestic violence at the point of Prek Thom 1 village, Kbal Koh Sangkat, Chbar Ampov District, Phnom Penh.
Immediately after receiving the above complaint, the Phnom Penh Military Police in Chbar Ampov District immediately went to the scene, intervened and arrested the perpetrator, and sent him to the Phnom Penh Military Police Headquarters for legal action. A man who was high on drugs was tested by the Phnom Penh Military Police and found to be high on drugs, which can be concluded that the man used excessive amounts of drugs, which caused him to lose consciousness (drugged), and then behaved in a threatening and intimidating manner, causing chaos and violence in the family.
