Phnom Penh: Deputy Prime Minister Sar Sokha, Minister of Interior, and You Xiaowen, Secretary-General of the Mekong-Lancang Center for Security Cooperation and Law Enforcement Integration (LMLECC), signed an agreement between the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia and the Mekong-Lancang Center for Security Cooperation and Law Enforcement Integration (LMLECC) on the “Project for the Development of Intelligent Police Systems in the Mekong-Lancang Region, Video Processing and Analysis System in Phnom Penh”.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Wang Wenbin, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia, on the afternoon of June 16, 2026, at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Interior.
