Emirates resumes global flights from Dubai, with 96% of its network operational

Phnom Penh: Cambodia, 07 May 2026: Emirates is restoring almost all of its flight operations, with 96% of its global network restored after a period of suspension. In recent weeks, Emirates has been ramping up its operations across the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, Middle East/GCC, East Asia and Oceania, including flights to and from Cambodia.

In Cambodia, Emirates has resumed daily flights from Phnom Penh’s Techo International Airport (KTI) to Dubai via Singapore and three weekly flights from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to Dubai via Bangkok. Emirates resumed daily flights from Phnom Penh to Dubai on May 1.

The airline currently operates flights to 137 destinations. In 72 countries, with a total of more than 1,300 flights per week, equivalent to 75 percent of flight capacity before the disruption caused by the war. Emirates is increasing its flights, seats and options every day, proving that Dubai is a major hub for global travel.

Despite reduced operations, Emirates carried 4.7 million passengers* during the war, a testament to the demand for travel and the confidence customers have in Emirates to get them where they want to go.

Flexible Bookings: Customers booking from 2 April will enjoy additional flexibility with one free travel date change for all ticket types. Customers who have booked a flight with Emirates can also defer payment for up to 24 hours without any additional charges.

Dubai Connect: For customers with a long layover in Dubai of between 6 and 26 hours, Emirates’ Dubai Connect turns this long wait into a comfortable break, with the airline’s thoughtful arrangements. Customers will receive complimentary accommodation in a 4- or 5-star hotel, including airport transfers, meals and UAE visa arrangements if required. Skywards Program: From 1 May to 31 August 2026, Emirates Skywards members can qualify for faster membership in the program by relaxing membership requirements and earning Bonus Tier Miles on Emirates flights and through the flydubai program.
