Phnom Penh: Deputy Prime Minister Sar Sokha, Minister of the Ministry of Interior, visited Lieutenant Colonel Mab Sophat, Deputy Inspector of the Stung Treng District Police Inspectorate, who is currently receiving treatment for his injuries in a hospital in Vietnam.
In addition, Deputy Prime Minister Sar Sokha also brought some funds to his family to help cover medical expenses.
Please note that Lieutenant Colonel Mab Sophat, Deputy Inspector of the Stung Trang District Police Department, was seriously injured during a raid to suppress a case of intentional violence on the night of April 24, 2026 at Boeung Deng 1 Village, Prek Kak Commune, Stung Trang District, Kampong Cham Province.
