ARDB CEO encourages all employees to continue to work hard to further strengthen their leadership capabilities

Phnom Penh: Dr. Kao Thach, the Royal Government Delegate in Charge of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), has invited to lead a monthly meeting to review work progress. The meeting was held on June 3, 2026 at the headquarters of the Rural and Agricultural Development Bank.

On this occasion, Dr. Fadhel gave a lecture and shared his leadership experience to leaders and staff from all departments, focusing on the topic How To Lead When You’re Not in Charge*: Leading Beyond Titles, in which Dr. The delegation also gave good ideas to contribute to the development of all employees’ professional skills and personal abilities to further strengthen their professional and responsible work.
