Kampong Speu: With the permission and guidance of General Sao Sokha, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the Provincial Military Police, on the morning of April 22, 2026, Brigadier General Meng Srun, Commander of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police, invited the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police to lead the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police’s expert forces to a meeting to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new headquarters building of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police Headquarters in the near future, under the presence of Brigadier General Neang Sat, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police, and with the participation of the Deputy Commander, the Head of the Department, the Director of the Office and relevant military officers also participated.
According to Brigadier General Meng Srun, Commander of the Kampong Speu Provincial Military Police Headquarters, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new headquarters building will be held soon. Therefore, the relevant working groups had to meet to prepare in advance in order to ensure that the program ran smoothly. In addition, the military police working group that participated in the meeting also raised some points to be supplemented.
