Phnom Penh: Colonel Non Sinat, Police Chief of Kampong Tralach District, led a team to educate and disseminate the Road Traffic Law and Sub-Decree No. 39, the problem of gangs, and the effects of using electronic cigarettes and drugs to teachers and students at the Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni General Knowledge and Technical High School in Kampong Tralach District, Kampong Chhnang Province.
The educational and outreach program was held on the morning of May 7, 2026, with a total of 1,992 participants, 1,032 women.
This educational outreach follows the high-level leadership recommendations of His Excellency General Sar Thet, Commissioner-General of the National Police, and Major General Teng Channat, Commissioner of Kampong Chhnang Provincial Police.
