Phnom Penh: Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the acting head of state of Cambodia, reminded the authorities of Takeo province to further increase cooperation along the border with Vietnam to facilitate relations between the people of both countries.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s reminder was made during a meeting with 1,215 provincial, city, district, commune, and sangkat councils and leaders of various departments and organizations around Takeo province on May 7, 2026. The ceremony was held at the Takeo Polytechnic Institute.
Samdech Techo also reminded the authorities of Takeo province to further increase cooperation along the border with Vietnam to facilitate relations between the people of both countries.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen praised all officials at all levels of Takeo province who have worked together to develop the province to achieve continuous progress and wished all civil servants happiness, prosperity and success in all their duties.
On that occasion, Samdech Techo also reminded all civil servants, especially commune and sangkat councils, to continue to pay attention to fulfilling their roles and responsibilities to serve the nation and the people well, especially to continue to pay attention to providing necessary and required services to citizens quickly and efficiently, avoiding causing problems that could lead to disappointment in the people.
